Richard H. Goldner was born in Baltimore, Maryland in 1960. Mr. Goldner graduated from the University of Baltimore with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He obtained his juris doctor from the University of Baltimore, School of Law in 1990. Prior to merging with Mr. Simons, Mr. Goldner worked for 15 years at a large firm concentrating on matters limited to motor vehicle accidents, work-related injuries and criminal defense. As a practicing and managing attorney, Mr. Goldner has vast experience handling all aspects of motor vehicle accident and work-related injury claims and in negotiating with insurance adjusters for all of the major insurance companies. He is dedicated to the needs of his clients throughout the entire claim process; as such, Mr. Goldner is well known and respected by insurance adjusters and attorneys. Mr. Goldner frequently appears in the District and Circuit Courts of Maryland handling civil and criminal matters and receives criminal and civil trial referrals from many attorneys. Additionally, Mr. Goldner has vast experience in Workers’ Compensation matters and frequently appears before the Maryland Workers’ Compensation Commission. Before entering into private practice, Mr. Goldner worked for Maryland’s largest insurance company handling Workers’ Compensation claims, and is therefore very familiar with the claims process from the insurance perspective. Mr. Goldner is presently a member of the Maryland Association for Justice, Maryland State Bar Association, Baltimore County Bar Association and the National Panel of Consumer Arbitrators.
